I didn't enter this competition thinking I was going to win, I would never kid myself with that notion. I put my hand up for this so I could push myself, to do something that I wouldn't normally do ... to make a piece I could be proud of. If I managed to get past round 1 then its just the cherry on top of what has been an amazing ride ... to get to round 4 and down to the final 24, well its surpassed everything that I ever hoped for. Like last year, I'm at peace with bowing out in any of the rounds ... and this one is a pretty good one to bow out on.
